Ola is the youngest-ever member of the Polish Parliament, Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Team for Warsaw, Vice-president of the City Council of the Capital City of Warsaw, the creator of the Warsaw Women's Platform and the 'Białołęka jest Kobieta’ initiative.
