Quarterly Meetings: Present your ideas to Roche employees and leadership in hybrid format meetings that will take place every 3 months. Each member of the Advisory Board will be responsible for 1 topic-specific presentation in front of the Roche executive team.
Open Forum Discussions: Engage in meaningful dialogues and roundtable sessions directly with Roche employees and executives.
Bonus Opportunities: Members of the Roche Youth Advisory Board will also be invited to special events between Roche and Girls Future Ready and be given access to bonus opportunities such as internship interviews, conferences, workshops, etc.
